I rescued an old ' antique' doll house on a freecycle page . It needed spring up and some fixing . It was around november time so decided it would be a gorgeous christmas house.

Fixed it up , painted it inside and out . Added furniture and Xmas decor ( miniature) and lights. And it's now used ar Xmas as a decoration and also to play with by my kids and nieces.
