Mobile home

I transformed our old mobile home into a cosy and more practical place, i stripped out all the built in couches and repaired the rotten walls, replaced it with a bench that i made myself and store bought furniture. I also layed new carpet and lino and made new bedframes for all 3 beds.

Step 1: The original mobile

Plus 1 more

Just before we bought it. With big couches and an awkward table that we never used

Step 2: After purchace

Tried ti make it feel more home like

Step 3: Stripped couches

Stripped the couches out of the mobile and was measuring to build new furniture

Step 4: Found wood rot

Plus 4 more

Found damage, stripped the walls, sealed , insulated and made new walls. Also stripped carpet from entire mobile. Built a new bench which took quite a while since i had not worked with wood in a long time and i didnt have proper tools. Still not complete bench.

Step 5: Flooring

Found other damage in the other end of the mobile and had to fix that. Lay carpet and lino for the first time.

Step 6: Finish

Plus 7 more

Built a bedframe which has storage underneath and avoids toe stubbing. Put together a lifting double bed. Also made a third bedframe for a double bed which is also floating with storage but no picture taken, i also painted the cabinets of the bedrooms. Got new handles for all the presses. Put together a new table and couch. Added a shelf and backrest to the end of the bench(unfinished). Reupholstered the couch cushions and above the curtains. Final product
