My project is based around the idea of environmental sustainability when it comes to phone cases. With phone case shops slowly taking over Irish towns and cities one by one, it is clear as daylight people choose to purchase a new one each time their current one begins to fall apart. Rather than spending upwards of €20 on a new case which will lose it's protective function within a few months, my project demonstrates that a short strip of sticky tape can be used to restore this particular phone case to it's former glory, reducing plastic waste by over 99% compared to purchasing a new one.
