Susuki King Quad 300 fused gears

On Susuki King Quads, sometimes the sleeve that spins inside the low 4wd gear can heat up and fuse itself to the gear leaving ypu with no low 4wd.
I had to use WD40 and heat to pull the gear and sleave off and the separate the sleeve and gear.
The the two had fused they where damaged on the inside. Using a honing tool and WD40 I smoothed the cog down to its original size that the sleeve could spin inside and now have a working quad to work on the farm pulling loads and helping with horses and chickens galore.
