Vintage rotary phone table lamp

This is the Vintage rotary telephone lamp i made for our hall table. I love making all sorts of cool and unusual stuff and unique lamps are part of that. Ive always wanted to turn one of these old phones into a lamp and finally did it. First i needed a phone which i got at a flea market. I stripped it down and removed the parts i didnt require i.e cables. Modified the casing to cater for the light bulb holder which was drilled out carfully and glued into position, also the flexi tube to carry the power cables but also more importantly to hold the talking/listening piece in position. Cables were then pulled to where they needed to be and terminated accordingly. Last but not least i wired up an inline on/off switch and 13a plug Reassembed and tested 😎
